How fast is shipping in Canada?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your region. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within Canada and the United States only.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived after a few days, or the link isn’t working, contact us and we’ll look into it.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of photos, and we’ll get a replacement or refund sorted out right away.

What if the ramp doesn’t fit my vehicle or furniture?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust it before it ships. Once an order has shipped it can’t be changed, but it’s still covered by our return policy.
Product Care
How do I clean the ramps or beds?
A damp cloth with mild soap and water works well for most surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, which can wear down the non-slip texture over time.
Will a ramp work on all flooring types?
Our ramps are built with a textured, non-slip surface that grips most floors well. On very slick or waxed surfaces, we’d still recommend keeping an eye on your pet the first few times.
